Admission under following categories:-
a) JEE Main Candidate – Candidate can register on MP Online
For First Year admission based on their 2020 JEE Main score.
b) Qualifying Exam Based – For First Year admission based on their 12th Exam result (percentage).

Yes, you can directly come to college for admission, we will assist you for the whole admission process but registration is a compulsory step for admissions. Without registration, candidate would not be considered for admission process.

Yes, a separate registration is required for CLC and JEE main exam.

We have four Branches in B.Tech Course viz.: Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EX), Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Civil Engineering (CE).

We have two branches in Polytechnic Course viz: Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EX) and Civil Engineering (CE).

Also we have B.Sc. Bed. (Four year integrated course for PCM/PCB) And B.Sc.(PCM,CBZ,COMPUTER SCIENCE)

Eligibility criteria for B.Tech.

For General category Combined aggregate minimum of 45 % in PCM
For sc /st /obc of Madhya Pradesh:- Combined aggregate minimum of 40 % in PCM

As such all branches are good and each branch have its own merits. It depends on candidate’s interest and his/her future goal.

It is not mandatory for parents to accompany the candidate. However if they wish, it is advisable that one elder person can accompany him/her.

Fee structure is decided by the Government of M.P through AFRC details is available on AFRC website. (http://www.afrcmp.org)

The fee is to be paid per semester.

For fee payment, you may use either net banking & pay-online or make the payment at Gyan Sagar Accounts Office through DD.

At Gyan Sagar, financial limitations cannot be allowed to restrict career dreams. In view of that, the institution provides all required documents for education loan.

Yes, we have a full fledged bank branch with ATM in our campus.

Yes, migrations are allowed at Gyan Sagar as per DTE rules. You can send email to ——————with the details of subjects studied, marks secured, name of Institute and affiliated University. Migration will be possible as per rules of RGPV.

There is no fixed cut off for the CLC. However, cut-offs are declared for eligible candidates only on the admission round day. All the students who have registered for the CLC round have an option to either attend the admission round directly or opt for waiting list.
